Animal Right

Animals are being killed very mercilessly for unnecessary purposes like, fashion, superstition and human entertainment. For example, the goats and ducks are slaughtered very cruelly on Dashain festival for the superstition that was passed on by our uneducated forefathers. The numbers of animals are also decreasing day by day due to deforestation, environment pollution and over-hunting by human.

We should stop killing animals directly or indirectly. Why should we save the animals? Animals have the right to live a proper life in this world because they are also born in this earth. They live here and they also belong here just like us. So we should give them their part of share in this world too. We should respect their rights and treat them fairly.

There should be a proper ecological balance in nature as well. For example, deforestation is taking away their habitat. Similarly, if we kill all the deer and zebras, then the lions and tigers would die of hunger and there won't be any deer, zebras, tigers and lions to carry out their role in the natural environment. In the same way, if we kill too many tigers and lions, then there would be too many deer and zebras for which the grass and plants of the forests will be insufficient. Humans should not interfere too much with nature; otherwise we will slowly and surely face natural disasters like climate change.

We should also save animals for our future generation, so that they can get a chance to appreciate and learn more about the animals. If we don't get a chance to see how beautiful they are or observe them for research.

Therefore, since the animals have equal rights to live on this earth like we do and because we have to maintain a proper ecological balance in nature; let's re-think about harming and killing the innocent creatures. Let's save our animals.
